I feel like people are not understanding the point of the ban bossy campaign. No one is trying to actually ban a word. It’s about the attitude towards female leaders. Many times when a woman is placed in a leadership position, she isn’t taken as seriously as a man. If she instructs workers or gives directions, she is sometimes called a “bitch” or “bossy” or “pushy” or told that she “doesn’t know what she’s doing”, and that is not ok. Women shouldn’t be perceived as weak or an unsuitable leader because of gender.

some parts are kind of interesting, for example, many employee contracts have a mandatory arbitration clause which can prevent you from having a fair court case if something bad happens to you.
